Well I want to do this detox thing using fresh juices but I'm not sure exactly where to get them. Are they available at a regular supermarket or would I have to go to a natural food store? Items I need are:
24 oz. fresh grapefruit juice,
16 oz. fresh orange juice,
8 oz. fresh lemon juice

Thanks any info will glady be appreciated.

You should be able to get that all at a regular grocery store. Go to the refrigerated section for the first two, and buy some RealLemon (in a green bottle) in the juice aisle.

If all else fails, you could buy the fruit and squeeze it yourself.

I get fresh juices at the health food store where there is a good
selection and they are usually very fresh. Also at Albertson's
you can buy fresh squeezed orange juice called Naked Juice.
Surprisingly, it seems to be a little more expensive at the regular store than the health food store.
If you are going to stick with it, getting a juicer might be a good idea. Personally, I buy Valencia oranges and squeeze them by hand. Kind of tedious, but you get a short workout as well.

They sell them in supermarkets and natural foods markets - but they are quite expensive. And - never as fresh as self squeezed ones.

So - the better is perhaps to get juicer, plenty of fruit and make your own juice. It can't get any fresher than that.

One reason why fresh pressed juice is best is also that - when you cut a fruit oxygen (air) gets in contact with the vitamins, enzymes and son on in the fruit. Even filled in a bottle and somehow pasteurized is not as fresh and many vitamins are gone before you open the bottle.

IF they do sell them in the supermarket in your area, look in the produce department probably by the salad mixes (the premade ones). If not go to a natural food store they should have them. Or even Trader Joes.

They could be available at a regular supermarket but if not, I'm sure they'd be at a natural food store.

My step father makes his own juices...he bought a juicer at Penny's I think for about $20, he swears it is a WHOLE lot better than store bought juice and then you would know for sure there are no additives !!!

Buy the organic fruits from most any store and squeeze the juice yourself.
