I am over weight and need SERIOUS advice as to what machines would be best for me to use for a total body workout. Please give good advice.

its usually a sharp and intermittent pain at either side of the head. sometimes, after climbing a few flights of stairs, after a jog, or if i laugh too much, the headache comes too.

is there any way to prevent the headache or to minimise the pain???

i dont smoke or drink.

Not sure what to make of the weird feeling in my back,more like the ribs area. When I wake up in the morning I hurt real bad. Takes a lot to get up sometimes. Feels like no strength there. Have had problem for several months now. It seems to be getting worse. Have a new bed too,even tried sofa.Feels like an internal pain too. Don't tell me to go to a doctor because I don't have one.

i take zoloft and xanax for my anxiety and near the time i am about to start it just seems to get so much worse. i feel like neither is working. i am afraid to take another xanax cause of the warnings. (i am on 0.5 mg 2-3 times a day) any help with this issue?

where there is no central heating in cold weather, some people close all doors and windows and use mini-halogen heaters. In effect, there is no exchange of fresh air and the room is usually stuffy. Is this not dangerous to health?

My brother is addicted to wrestling (as in WWE.) He sits around all day looking up little known facts about wrestlers and wrestling events. He knows way too much about wrestling. first i have been gaining weight, then last month my period came almost a week early and lasted shorter than usual, i've had shoulder pain, funny disharge smell, back and abdominal pain, tender breasts, eating ,more than usual, nausea and vomitted one time. there are certain things i used to eat and cannot tolerate. even in smell. i took 3 home pregnanct tests and they came up negative. i took a blood test and that was negative too. i dont know what else it could be. i just got my period today so for sure it may not be a pregnancy but not sure what else it could be. the only thing to do is make a appointment w/ my doctor but until then where do i find information? i was on the depo vera and got off almost 2 yrs ago then diagnosed with cervical cancer which i got a surgy and it has cleared. maybe this can be related? could i of had a miscarriage and not know? i even look pregnant and stomach is forming fast. what else could this be? a tumor? need fast results soon pls.

It was in the ribs on the right side. That pain has basicly subsided..
The problem is for the last 5 days I have had terrible pain on the Left side apprx. above the heart. It hurts most when I rise from a laying position, especially early AM and late PM. Should I be worried?

Ok here's the skinny...I'm 19 yrs. old college student. At this point in my life i've been with more than a handful of girls, and never have I had a problem with my erection. But last nite I tried to have sex and I was to soft for any kind of action. She gave me head, and i was fully erect the entire time, but when i put the condom on it went soft. My lady friend stayed the night ne way. She is so supportive, so its not like she was pressuring me or anything like that. so ne ways before she leaves, we try again. this time with much more success. I stayed erect all of 5 mins, and then it went soft again. What's wrong with me?
