you only work out for ten minutes in the morning? I feel better for the rest of the day, and I only do things like three sets of squats, 12 reps, and three sets of situps, 12 reps, for example. So I only work out two body parts but it seems to make me feel better for the entire day.

Just wanted to know if it actually makes your body feel better rather than the placebo effect.

I can see faint "liver spots"? on my hands. My mother is 48 and has more than a few and I'm not sure at what age she started seeing them show up. Is this a heriditary issue? Thanks I'm just curious.

sheets of paper towel so that they are all perfectly folded into little squares? Or constantly wiping off her tv table, or when washing herself she scrubs and scrubs each body part until it is almost red? I have a senior citizen client with DS and was just wondering if this is a usual characteristic of DS or not.

When I shop, I will buy items that say they donate to breast cancer awareness if I am going to buy that product anyway, but does it seem like every manufacturer is jumping on a bandwagon to make a profit?

Do we really need to spend $7 for a jar of jam so they can send $0.50 to a foundation when we could spend $2 for jam and send $5 ourselves? Wouldn't that make more sense?

Or are most people less inclined to make their own donations, good as their intentions are - so it's better to buy the products to ensure that at least something is getting done?

My family and I have come to the conclusion that we absolutely cannot afford therapy...at all. I am in desperate need of it. I'm sure people will suggest going to a free school counselor-but can i really tell my bizarre problems to them? I have checked out self-help books, but I have no time to read them because of school. Just please keep in mind that we have NO extra money for this. What can I do?

He's 26 and gets extremely angry over little things. When he starts drinking he is very happy but then something sets him off and he gets into a rage. He wants everything his way. I would like to get him some help, but really don't know how to talk to him about it without him getting mad at me.

I am not a good candidate for surgery or hormone replacement therapy due to my family history of ovarian cancer. I have tried all the standard herbal cures, Dong Quai, Black Cohosh, Wild Yam, etc. Yesterday I did a little research online and tried Motherwort and Basil oil as aromatherapy. I was awake all night and had a hot flash that lasted nearly two hours. This is starting to drive me a little crazy. Any suggestions? How about an online support group?

And last month I was supposed to start on the 4, but did not start until the 12th. It is the 13th and nothing. I had Cm on the 7th and 10th we had sex both of those days and on alot of other days. I took a test yesterday and it was negative. I am really at a loose and getting frustrated. Any advice.

Today's the first day that I've quit since......5 years ago. I'm a heavy smoker....smoke every day/ all day. I'm currently looking for a new job and have a potential drug test coming up. I'm 5'5" and barely 110 pounds. I'm taking niacin and lots of water while doing cardio and going to the sauna to sweat out the bad stuff. I also got one of those drinks from a headshop called Pro Tox.....Do you think I'll pass? Is there anything else I need to be doing?
