I go to bed early. I just started taking vitamins regularly. Granted I do have a 4 year old, a husband, 3 dogs and a full time job but i still feel like I get enough rest but I just dont know what the problem is. Please help if you have any suggestions.

Wow, sounds like you have a lot of responcibility. Could it be stress? Stress causes all kinds of weird physical symptoms.

There are also so other things, anaemia (does it run in the family?) for example. Go see your doctor and ask for a Full Blood Count to be done, that will give you a better indication of whats going on.

Good luck

Sometimes u mite be havin diet too healthy.so u lack the natural salts required, for example sodium and potassium which is important for the nervous system in ur body.

so try takin a lil more salts and grenadine juice..which is rich in potassium..

else..
vitamin c do help to improve alertness.and vitamin c is not stored in the body.so it's best u take in small amts but regularly.

on the other hand.
perhaps u need to exercise..do half an hour cardiac exercise three times a week to refresh urself..
it could be aerobics.jogging.chasin the bus to the next 3 busstops..run wif ur dogs perhaps..

Definetly go to the doctor to make sure nothing physically is wrong that is causing this. It could be stress, depression, or something physically going on. It could be just the break neck routine of things. That gets me down sometimes. Try making some changes like adding something to your day that you truly enjoy, make sure it includes laughing and smiling.

Get your thyroid checked. Have a test for hypoglycemia - low blood sugar.
Have you been checked for anemia? Schisandra herb, tyrosine, and Siberian ginseng may help fatigue. Dr Atkins recommends DMG. Avoid refined sugar and flour and foods made from them. Eat more protein. Be sure to eat a good high protein breakfast daily. Good luck!

Though you go to bed early, you may still be getting disturbed while sleeping, though youre not concious of it. It can have a huge effect on your sleep

My recommendation is to go to a sleep lab. You may have an underlying problem! An added bonus- absoute silence when youre trying to sleep!

Sounds like stress. Loose the dogs. I promise you won't miss them that much.

Probably stress. I would suggest walking time. It'll relax you!
