Different Hormones, the cellular structure of their skin, the musculature, Women tend to be shorter, And of course, the reproductive system is different, the breasts of a woman have to do with reproduction, women tend to have less hair covering their bodies even without shaving I think. a woman's voice tends to be different than a man's due to the way the vocal cords develop

Ernie is right... the hormones of the body are basically similar.. the predominant ones are estrogen and testosterone..most of the others are basically the same, just in different proportions. They are stimulated by the dominant hormone.
