you only work out for ten minutes in the morning? I feel better for the rest of the day, and I only do things like three sets of squats, 12 reps, and three sets of situps, 12 reps, for example. So I only work out two body parts but it seems to make me feel better for the entire day.

Just wanted to know if it actually makes your body feel better rather than the placebo effect.

I think working out makes you more awake. Especially in the morning, your full of energy and might even be in a great mood! Even if its for ten minutes, it helps, you might not know it but your body does!

Even If I only have 15 minutes, then I try to get up and either stretch or do some sit ups, or push ups, or walk up and down some stairs. A little movement goes a long way.

Hate the actual workout. Hate it! Hate it! Hate it!

But about 5 min after my body feels great. More toned. I feel good, like I've accomplished something and my body just feels stronger and more vibrant

Sometimes jeans will be tight before the workout but comfortable after--that makes body, mind, heart and SOUL, feel better.

Working out makes me feel better. It's kind of funny actually. When I have a streneous workout and my muscles get all sore, I feel even better!

What really matters is how it makes you feel. Your working out has played a valuable role in your ability to think positive. So, the actual reason is insignificant, what is important is how you feel.

If I'm not mistaken excercising releases endorphins and endorphins are like a natural mood lifter. So yes, it can make you feel good after you work out even if it's for a short period of time.

I doesn't matter how long you work out, as long as you are working out every day. Yes it will make you feel better and give you more energy.
