bella I've had two. I think I'm ready for a third one. The first one was great when it was new. I paid about twenty pounds. The 2nd one was a different material. It's lasted better than the first one and it cost 28 pounds. Any good textile shop which sells bedding should stock them. Have a look in Argos, Littlewoods even more catalogue. They're brilliant when they are new, but like anything else they don't last. Remember you only get what you pay for. Hope you have a good nights sleep. Nighty night.

I have a proper Tempur memory foam pillow, one of the best makes on the market. I used to have loads of problems with stiff necks and bad backs, so I brougt this pillow. I brought it about 5 years ago and it's still as good as it was when I first brought it. The only downside is that it costs more than a regular pillow, mine cost me £79.99, but you can get smaller cheaper models. The best place for them would either a large bed store or the internet.

They are awesome!! I have a Tempur Pedic bed and the pillows too. The pillows are the same shape as a regular pillows. They aren't solid and don't have a horseshoe shape in them either. They are flexible and soft. I wouldn't give up my bed or my pillows for anything. I can't remember the price exactly, but they were around $60 to $100 ea. I think they are worth every penny.
I wouldn't buy any off brand though, only Tempur Pedic.

I bought a Tempur one which was £65 at an Ideal Home Show! The first two nights were strange and the third night I had enough, so I sould it on eBay and got made a little profit!
Personally, I would buy a small one as I didnt have the option at the show - only a medium and large which was way too big and uncomfortable! Make sure also if you can get a refund if you decide its not for you.

I bought mine in a Japanese store and was about £40. Don't know if it's worked for me, can't seem to notice any difference.
However, I also have a memory foam mattress which I find good for the back.

i spent a total of $110 on two pillows - one is similar to the memory foam and the other one consists of: a tube shaped bag full of small beads (to go under your neck) and a a small "pillow" full of small beads (to go under your head). They were both a waist of money.
I have found the most comfortable thing is to have a pillow under my knees (to relieve pressure on the lower back) and no pillow at all under my head. My chiropractor also likes this idea.
