Styptic pencil - a VERY strong astringent, available from your local chemists shop - otherwise known as an Alum Stick because that's all it is - a lump of alum. By the way, isn't it interesting to see how many females seem to answer so many of the men's problems!!!

Well, buying a septic pencil could be difficult but buying STYPTIC one could be much easier! lol
Arrowroot powder on the cut does just as well and is cheaper.

Hi you can get them any where, have you tried Superdrug or Boots in the mens section. I you cant find one here then go to the chemist.

intersting - I could do with one, too! The best products I found are in Boots (in the UK) -more expensive than superdrug but they have more choice of quality skin care stuff. or any decent chemist anywhere else, I guess

Most drug stores carry these. toilet paper works well also, just tear small pieces and place over the nicks. You might want to invest in an electric razor.

I think you'll find it's called a styptic stick and you should be able to get one from any decent pharmacy or chemist as we commoners call 'em !

it's actually called a styptic pencil. You can get them in most drug stores. They look like a piece of chalk. You can also get them on drugstore.com - i got one free there once.
