i personally have headaches myself. i think you might have something called migraine headaches. that is what i have. they usually hurt on either side of your head and sometimes make you very sensitive to light and any kind of a work out such as walking up stairs may trigger sudden pains in your head or make pains worst if already there. migraines usually occur about 2-3 times a week. my doctor told me that it could be something that i was eating. i really like chocolate so i thought they may bee it so i stopped eating it. not completely . bu t it has helped.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

I would suggest that you go see your doctor (as would everyone else) and an ENT. It sounds like a slight sinus infection. But it could get worse. Most likely they will put you on an antibiotic for the infection and a triptan for the pain.
Try the link below it will help you to diagnose the problem a little further before you go. And as always, keep a diary, where it hurts, how it feels, times, and what you have eaten and drank that day.

If you get headache from laughing, this may be due to raised pressure inside the skull; may be due to a tumour. You need a CT scan. Go to a doctor.

Well, you could be suffering from migraine...

You could do detox like my Godma did. She used to suffer from really bad headaches.. so bad that she would vomit and that her eyes would become swollen.

After the detox, she is now much better.

If you want to find out more about the detox, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com
