it may sound a bit dump, but i dont really know where can i buy earplugs, is it in pharmacy store?

At any general store like CVS, Walmart, Kmart, where ever.
You can find then with the contact lens solution, eye drops, Visine, stuff like that.

There are agencies which will create custom-equipped earplugs. i believe they deliver you something that enables you to make a sort of your (her) ear. They use that to create the earplugs. a chum of mine who become a time-honored stay overall performance-goer had a pair made. i believe they have been around $one hundred.
