A mini stroke has the exact same symptoms of a stroke. The only difference is a mini stroke leaves no indication of a stroke. There is no test that can be done to prove or disprove a mini stroke. The attack usually is a sudden onset and is over is 20 minutes or less. You would experience a tightening in your chest and maybe some numbness is your extremities and face. You would also experience light headedness and could possibly pass out. You might also speak incoherently for a few minutes.

Everybody is correct. If you think you've had a TIA, you need to get to your MD ASAP. A TIA is a warning sign that a massive stroke could be on it's way. There are drugs to help you. Plavix, an aspirin a day, Aggrenox. You also need to find out why you've had a TIA. Is it high blood pressure, sleep apea, diabetes, a blockage, high cholesterol, family history, smoking, drinking. It's okay if you've had one. Don't worry. Just get help quickly. The symptoms again are: sudden onset of paralysis on one side of the body, slurred speech, blurry vision, dizziness, headache, sensitivity to bright lights. They can happen all at once or just a few. Take care of yourself.

Apparently it's poor use of punctuation and a decline in spelling ability.
