I have a friend who was overweight, and just by cycling everyday, he managed to slim down to a medium size fairly quickly in just a few months. For me, i was slightly overweight, and i've been going to gym 3 times a week, my routine is to do 20mins of rowing, about 40-50 abdominals (not sure what is the machine called) and 3kilometres jogging on treadmill...so far so good i'm seeing alot of difference.
