Only when I start stinking or notice the fly colony buzzing around. Sometimes I use the build-up of Grease in my hair to make suntan lotion. Just Kidding. Every day - and sometimes twice if needed! You should at least take one every other day out of respect to other people! Plus your bound to get some type of infection being dirty like that.

in the morning and at night before bed and if i have sex in the day, i shower then too and count that one for my night bath, unless I go out then I have to take one before bed. so i can say roughly 2 sometimes 3 a day and they are like 5 minutes a piece due to excessive showering and trying to prevent dry skin. I like to stay fresh and I sleep with my hubby and I like for him to say how good I always smell. Plus I am preg so I feel like a tub of lard mostly so showers always seem to help me.

I take a shower every morning when I wake up. I also shower after sex or some other physical activity. EVERY WEEKEND that's effin NaStY! You need to check yourself!

I try to take a shower every other day, unless I get real dirty then I have to take it more often. Usually every other day.

2...the first shower in the morning I wash the hair and all the goods and at night I just rinse off for a better nights sleep

You should shower daily. Showering once a week is not terribly hygenic and could lead to a number of nasty things.
