Okay, logically, I know the broken, infected, painful, nerve-exposed wisdom tooth will not feel better if I beat up my own face, but I've been living on Tylenol for five years and I've been told by two different dentists that the thing needs to be extracted surgically. However, the oral surgeons seem to insist on doing a consultation first, and then they can work me in an appointment sometime in the next few months.

I have a stomach ulcer and was hospitalized last year because I took asperin to help with the pain (didn't know about the ulcer at the time), and now, the ONLY over-the-counter medicine I can take is Tylenol. And Tylenol is worthless when up against the pain that has kept me up for two days.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get this done sooner? If I go to the ER, would someone at the hospital be able to remove the tooth?

He was diagnosed at the age of 3. He does struggle in school, especially during regular ed. classes. Refusing to listen and do what he is told are the main issues.

I think about suicide almost everyday now and have even planned on how to do it. In someways I want the pain to just stop I am sick of this life. The only thing that has stopped me is the ones I would hurt. I feel like nothing is left for me here. I lost my parents and now my husband and I just want to be with him.

I am a 25 yr old woman and I recently started taking Adderall XR 10mg in the morning to treat my ADHD, at the recommendation of my doctor.

I have noticed that about 30mins-1hour after taking it I feel very euphoric for about an hour, and then I get very thirsty and jittery. As the day goes on I get more and more irritable, and my stomach hurts (even though I make a point to eat regular meals). By the time I get off work I feel weak and irritable, and I have noticed that I have pretty bad mood swings. Not so much that I lash out at anyone, but I get upset easily. Also I have noticed that I feel anxious and nervous even though there's nothing to be worried about. It is helping me focus, but I am concerned that these are side effects that will continue.

Do these tend to subside after your body has a chance to adjust to the drug?

Hi. I am 23 years old and weigh 100 lbs. I'm 5'2. For the last month I have had bouts of fatigue throughout the day with light headedness/ dizziness. I also feel weak. This makes it hard to live. I have also had the chills, with no fever. My hands and feet are tingly and change color which has been diagnosed as Raynauds Phenomena. My feet are always cold. I have had an MRI, Abdominal CAT Scan,Hepatitis Tests, and numerous complete blood counts. All they have found is that my bilirubin is 2.5 which is elevated (note that all liver enzymes are fine). So then they sent me to get a C Reative Protein test and the numbers were elevated. They want to send me to a blood specialist which can take up to 2 weeks . . . I am really concerned and worried. What could be wrong with me?

I do have other health problems.
