Yes...a teen who is emancipated can sign any form for him/herself to get care or other services just like an adult. Emancipation means that in the eyes of the law you are able to function in your best interest as an adult would be expected to under similar circumstances. The emancipation order gives you the right to make all decisions and be treated like an adult in all situations good or bad.
