Practice Meditation after learning it.
Some Begin like this;
Choose a time preferably be four dinner.
Sit in a chair which is most comfortable.
Relax your body from your toes to your head coming up from toes.
Feel the relaxation.
Close your eyes.
Thoughts will start coming,let it come ask it to go.this process will keep on going and you will not allow any thought to stay.
Keep complete silence do not open your eyes.
Hear the sounds near all around you,very near & then try very far.
Think you are in search of a place.
You are wlking.
You are tired walking.
You want to drink water
There is no water
You keep Walking.
You are vry tired.
You want water very badly But can't find.
You keep walking.
Suddenly you see a big house in a isolated place.
You think you have water there
You go there.
The gates are closed.
You push the gates & it opens
You see the big house but no one to ask for water.
You step on the Lawns.
It is cool.
You enjoy the coolness below your feet.
You feel happy.
You keep walking on the lawn.
Suddenly you se a water tap.
You drink water after wasing your legs hands & face.
You are happy.
You look around and see a lake surrounded by fruit bearing trees.
You eat some fruits.
You feel happy.
Now you feel tired.
You sit under a tree shade.
You are now sleeping
You have slept the whole night
Early morning Birds starting their sounds wakes you up.
You wake up.
Now you see all wounderful things.
Remember your home.
You have to get back
You are completely relaxed-----OK Try-Good luck.( Note below)
What ever I have told you must immagin only closing our eyes.
You must also open your eyes very slowly when you come to the point where you hear the sound of birds.
Do not jump from one item to other.
Enjoy them fully whatever it is.

Deep breathing, long and slow all the way in, and long and slow all the way out. Start deep in your belly and fill up your lungs all the way to the top, then reverse. Also gentle yoga with breathing, and meditation. Start with a gentle yoga class or get a DVD. Stretching exercises on the floor where you deep breathe into any tightness in your muscles is also very relaxing and has wonderful health benefits. Or get a good massage although that can be expensive.

I work around therapists all day so I may have a few clues for you. One being relaxing time to yourself! Play soft music, low lights and maybe a book to read. Some people take walks. Maybe you like company then in that case hopefully they like to do relaxing things as well. Breathe in slow and exhale slow - when getting ready to sit down and just relax for the moment. Maybe for only 15 minutes (due to work) or hours (kids are at school and husband is at work)...MAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF! Stress can catch up with you when you LEAST expect it then you take it out on your loved ones. Good luck!

Do what gives u the most happiness. Its the best way to relax. U can also do yoga or meditation.Take up any hobby that interests u.

You can read a book with no music to stay calm. Some people paint outside to relax.

the best way to relax phisically is to sleep.
but that won'tdo any good to you
we wnt mental relaxation.
mental relaxation cannot be obtained by sleeping because our
sub consciuous mind will be working at that time.
so the best way of mental relaxation is vartiety,that is doing
different things .

We can never relax completely,even in our sleep,most parts of our body are still working.I am sorry that I do not want to mention the moment person is completely relaxed.The last moment of our life.
