Women tend to go to Dr. more then men and catch thing earlier then men. Men tend wait until it's big and can't be ignored. So even though women on the whole go to the Dr. more then men they are actually in better health.
In another words men are healthy right up to the time they have a massive heart attack and die. Think about how many times have you heard, he was never sick and just dropped dead? In fact he was sick and didn't know it or ignored it.

It is statistically proven that women live longer than men. Women have a tendency to take better care of their bodies. Men put their bodies through much more than "most" women. Therefore,,,,, women have better health than men, just opposite of your question.
