after a batery of tests on both of us my Uroligist and her Gyno have determined that artificial insemination is the best way to go. My question is how do I get it covered under our health insurance?

Ask your health insurance provider, cos we can't see your policy document from here.

Trying to have a baby is not necessary medical treatment. That is what insurance is for. Artificial insemination is very expensive, but you are going to have to pay for it out of pocket.

The only slight possiable way is telling them that there is a medical problem that prevents you from having a baby. BUT they might still make you pay for it..

That is very unlikely , most insurances don't help pay for infertility help...
