What do you mean by social phobia ? What are you afraid of ? I bet they are more scared than you are.
What is the big deal with avoiding therapy ? That is surely much better than filling your body with a bunch of chemicals.
Eat right, get lots of exercise and get out there and be the wonderful person you are.

No medications will 'cure' phobias. The only way to deal with phobias is thru psychological counseling and therapy.

I participated in group therapy on phobia and anxiety, taught me the skills I needed to control my response to the phobia.
