have sex 3 times a week (every other day is better), that way you are covered (so you don't have to calculate when you ovulate or not)
stay with the sperm inside of you for 30 minutes min and max. staying less might get viable sperm out, staying more doesn't help cause the sperm at the entry of the vagina is not viable after 30 minutes (don't get this confused with the sperm that lives 3 to 5 days in the uterus!!!)
you can tri some over the counter fertility vitamins or teas
relax about it

I don't know what all you've tried. First, you should have intercourse during your ovulation time; this is the time during your period cycle when you have an urge to have sex, you have egg white like vaginal discharge. You could also try tracking your basal body temp. It rises just before ovulation and drops immediately after.You have to chart this for a while to get a pattern. The best,easiest and fastest way is to use the Answer Ovulation kit (with 20 strips) for people with irregular cycles. Only disadvantage is u might feel like a rat in the lab.But if u r desperate, u won't mind it. Good luck!

Be calm; when the time is right PREGNANT! It took me 4 plus years. Then two kids later....If all is well with you...Enjoy the alone time...

I TRIED FOR OVER A YEAR. THEN I WENT TO AN ABGYN. HE GAVE ME AM MEDICINE THAT MADE ME START MY PERIOD. SO MANY DAYS AFTER THAT HE GAVE ME A MEDICINE TO MAKE ME OVULATE. THEN FIRST MONTH I DID THAT IT WORKED AND NOW I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL 10 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER.
