It means it hurts like hell. If it has lasted more then 24 hours and he does not know why, he needs to be checked out.

What brought on this condition? If the pain started without any provocation, then he needs to see a doctor.
If, however, this is an issue that appeared after you two were out on a date, it is probably what we used to call 'blueball' and will subside with time.
If he fell on something, likewise he should see a doctor if the pain doesn't go away in a day or so.

Well he NEEDS to go. They cant refuse treament & he will get the bill later. If he has low income & can show his check stubs, they will provide assistance & take % off depending on what his income is. If he does not qualify for assistance he can schedule a long term payment plan. I pay $25 a month to our hospital. Everytime I have to go in for soemthing else I just have them add it on. I have insurance but still get bills out the a*s.

If this is a constant pain he needs to get medical attention insurance or no insurance. It could be something serious . I would suggest to him to see a Dr.

It could be an infection or obstruction. I too have no medical insurance but hear there are clinids that make it very cheap to get checked. I hope that helps. Please tell your boyfriend that it is better to get it dealt with sooner than later to ensure that it does not become worse.

Could be an infection or an std. Go to the doctor anyway and pay it out. Your "two guys" need to be taken care of.

take him to a free clinic ,if you can not find a free one. Then there should be a clinic that you can walk into that will only charge you a small fee.
