why do my farts smell so bad?

i just watched this on oprah with dr. oz and they said it's sulfur and methane gas...and that all people fart at least 14 times a day...sometimes more than that depending on what they ate like broccoli and beans tend to give you more gas..but it smells so bad because of the sulfur and methane in your body..

The smell of farts comes from gas and mercaptans (other gases) in the mixture. These compounds contain sulfur. The more sulfur-rich foods you eat, the more sulfides and mercaptans will be made by the bacteria in you guts, and the more your farts will stink. Foods like cauliflower, eggs and meat are really bad for making stinky farts. Beans on the other hand, may make you fart a lot but they aren't usually the smelly kind.

It contains Amonnia which is much less dense than air, that's why if you fart, the smell goes UP not Down. Amonnia is one of the smelliest substance that I hate. BTW It's got nothing to do with ****. Only don't eat too much things that reacts with acid and produces Gas in your stomach.
