My fiance has this weird condition?

if he doesn't sleep with a fan on or a window open and sweats in his sleep, he'll have these bad dreams. He's had a bad dream every time this has happened. What the heck is it?

This may sound really weird, but he may be experiencing a fever. He should take his temperature to see if it is 100 or above. This would explain the bad dreams and may explain the sweating. He should have his thyroid level checked in a blood test. That can sometimes throw the temperature regulation of the body off.
