Be smart and don't drink tonight.
Aspirin is wrong because it thins your blood and is primarily for headaches, not body aches. I believe Ibuprofen / Motrin is the only choice but don't get medical advice from random people on the Internet.

Any pain reliever (even a 'mild' one such as Tylenol) is hard on the stomach and liver. Some side effects of pain relievers are stomach bleeding and liver damage. We all know that alcohol is hard on the stomach and liver - which is why it can cause ulcers or cirrhosis (a form of liver damage). If you combine the two (even an hour apart), you run the risk of damaging or failing your stomach and/or liver. Your liver is called a 'liver' because you need it to 'live'. Mixing any pain reliever with alcohol is like playing Russian roulette with risk becoming greater if the pain reliever or alcohol are 'stronger' in concoction or amount. Aside from the above-mentioned, yes. Alcohol can speed up and intensify the effects of pain killers. Anything you consume contains different acids/enzymes/etc that affect how your body metabolizes it. Some food/drink/drug combinations can be fatal such as combining alcohol and pain killers. Side note: Many people don't realize the effects that foods and drinks can have when they take their medications. Many people take their medications in the morning. Many people drink grapefruit juice in the morning with breakfast. However, grapefruit juice (the enzymes it contains) allows more of a drug to enter your bloodstream - which means that if you drink grapefruit juice around the same time as your medication, then you are essentially overdosing yourself causing potentially fatal side effects. It's sad that this type of information is general public knowledge.

There is no painkiller, I repeat no painkiller that you should mix alchohol with. If she is having cramps at the party, she should try to drink something warm (she could use the excuse that's she cold so she wouldn't lose cool points) or heat up a damp washcloth and hold it on her stomach until the cramps go away. If not, wait until she is home, drink PLENTY of water, then take tylenol.

Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen can cause liver damage if taken within 24 hours of drinking, although 1 or 2 drinks mights be okay.
If it's menstrual cramps she could take a vitamin B complex. That's what I used to take when I was a teenager and had bad cramping.

I'm sorry...how old are you people? Ibuprophen (assuming she's not allergic to it) is usually good... but no matter what, she should drink in moderation or she'll be even more miserable.
Here's a novel idea -- how about NOT drinking any alcohol tonight? She could be the designated driver. You DO have one, right?

Be very wary of ANY medication mixed with alcohol. Many medicines (including tylenol) are processed through the liver-- just like alcohol and can have some nasty interactions.
The reaction is also very different from person to person. I might mix them and be fine, but she might mix them and get really sick.
My advice would be to take some advil and lay off the booze for a night.

No. You shouldn't drink alcohol with any pain medication, anti-depressant, or sleep medication. All it will do is slow your breathing and cause you more problems in the end. It will not be a pleasant experience for you. Most bottles will say, "do not drink alcohol while using this medication". My advice is, don't do it... for your health.

Tell her to toughen up, lay off the painkillers, in the long run, painkillers are not good for the body. The alcohol alone should kill the pain...but alcohol too is bad for the body in the long run...soooooo...apperantly she doesn't really care...so do whatever you want.
