I have been on a diet now for a few weeks, I have started a exercise regime and so far I have lost a stone (14lb) but I am getting so very bored. I absolutely love Subway sandwiches and I have heard that there is a diet you can do where you have Subway for lunch and dinner... has anyone tried it and does it work?

2 MONTHS AGO MY BLOOD TEST RESULT WAS :
ALT 48 ( NORMAL RANGE IS 5-45 )
AST 22 ( NORMAL RANGE IS 5-45 )
TRIGLYCERIDES 155
THAT TIME I WAS DRINKING ABT 150 CC VODKA PER DAY

I REDUCE AMOUNT OF ALCOHOL TO 3 TIMES A WEEK AND AGAIN 150 CC EACH TIME AND AGAIN CHECKED BLLOD AND TEST AFTER TWO MONTH BUT NEW RESULT IS BAD SEEMS GETTING WORSE :
ALT : 59 ( MORE THAN LAST TIME )
AST : 30 ( MORE THAN LAST TIME )
AND TRIGLYCERIDES 363 WHICH IS ALMOST DOUBLE

SONOGHRAPHY ALSO SHOWS LIVER IS GOOD ,
I AM TIRED WITH DOCTORS REGULAR TESTS EACH ONE SAYING SOMETHING APPRECIATE TO RECEIVE RECOMMENDATION FROM EXPERTS . THANKS

This causes severe pain in my ear, which I know is connected, what I dont understand is, what is the cause of this considering it flares up every couple of months, and, why is only one side affected? does this point to a weakness in this area, and is it related to SEVERE head pain sometimes whilst on a flight. (Also on the same side of my head as the swelling lymph gland.)

i shave my penis once in a week is it safe or not?
Do women prefer shaved penis or hairy? I masturbate twice in a week is it good for my health ? my penis size is 6 inch normal (without errection) and 9 inch(with errection) is it normal according to my age ?if not what to do? I have neck pain and my muscles are always sore and stiff, especially in the morning. I bought one of those Tony Little micro something or other pillows, I am very disappointed in it and I spent 40 bucks! Do you know a store or brand with a good, firm, supportive pillow?

My husband had open heart by-pass surgery (5 of them) back in March and when he came to in the ICU he said" my left arm is killing me"and everyone just passed it off as the IV needle bothering him, but since then he has been in constant pain with it. It swells and draws up on its own. We have been to numerous doctors and hospitals for it and still no answers. Has anyone else had a similiar problem or if you are in the medical profession can you give us some help. Thank-you.

We have tried lots of things, from setting the mood being romantic to being there for her. Me and my wife have talked about this over and over again. But we seem to be stuck of where to go now. As I said we haven't tired speaking to our doctor because we don't know if there is anything we can do first. She has a very low sex drive and I would say my is a normal. We have been together over 5 years now and it seems to be getting worse so any ideas or sugestions would be much appreciated. Thank you.
