The best ways to boost your energy are to get rid of refined sugars and any junky foods (which may cause the initial sugar high, but eventually cause you to crash and be much more tired)

Try pacing your meals out to several a day, small meals, this keeps your blood sugar on a more even keel and keeps you from spiking and crashing as much.

B-12 in liquid form is good for energy and regulating the metabolism and would be good for you with an overall good whole foods multi-vitamin as well.

You can also try taking ginseng extract. They sell it in food stores as little "shots" of ginseng in these glass vials. Tastes disgusting but very effective for a boost. You can also use capsules but they aren't quite as intense.

If it was your doctor (or other qualified medical professional) I expect the advice included the encouragement to eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables within a delicious, healthy, balanced diet. Fruits and vegetables are a major source of many vitamins as well as providing lots of fibre to keep your gut working efficiently.
If you were told this by anyone else I expect they want your money. Why buy vitamin pills when you can get plenty of vitamins from a normal balanced diet?

Some people complain of feeling 'run-down' or 'lacking energy' when their diet is incomplete or unbalanced. This often happens to those who are restricting their food intake to lose weight. They may lack energy-foods (sugars and carbohydrates plus fats) and sometimes miss out on the full range of necessary vitamins. In the case of vitamins, it is often the fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E & K) that are missing since fatty foods are avoided.

Park interior the perfect motorized vehicle parking area, no longer the nearest. Take a strong multi diet. Get a rubdown, or do something like that for your self that feels strong. cut go into reverse on the espresso, 12 oz or a lot less an afternoon. cut go into reverse on the sugar and sophisticated flour products. eat some clean greens. And if that doesn't paintings, pass see a holistic doctor and performance a food sensitivity attempt performed.

if its just stamina then i wouldn't bother with that stuff, get a fizzy drink as long as its not diet and sprinkle salt in there, not enough to taste. The salt will help your body absorb the liquid which will be the fizzy stuff fulla sugar and energy.
