It's an aspirin/tylenol/caffeine mix. It has the same ingredients as extra strength excedrin, but probably a higher price.

Excedrin Migraine tablets are about the same as taking aspirin or paracetamol with coffee or a coke.
If you are experiencing migraines you should really see your health care provider as it could be a sign of a more severe problem, particularly if you are having "the worst migraine you've ever had".
If you experience severe pain tilting your head down, are running any fever or have a rash that does not turn white with pressure than you could have menengitis which is an inflammation of the menenges around the brain.
If you are experiencing sinister migraines than do seek emergency medical care.
Good luck.

we have them here in the states. I use Excedrin all the time for my migraines and tension headaches. It works wonders. All it is is Tylenol, Aspirin and Caffeine. If you can't find it, try taking aspirin, and tylenol then drink a soda that contains caffeine. also try ordering Excedrin online? just a thought...

Please dont believe the hype most over the counter pain killers just put words like Back pain or migraine but its usually the same as thier standard. I like Goody powders or BC Powders. Im not sure if it will work for a migrane but when i get a headache i force myself to yawn over and over and massage the muscle on each side of your jaw where you jaw hinges. When you open and shut your mouth you can feel them bulge. It always works just keep Streching that muscle and yawn yawn yawn! hope it helps:
