Why do you always sneeze when you look at the sun?

Possibly two reasons, the brightness of the light stimulates your optic nerve which goes back to a root nerve called the Trigeminal nerve this also branches to the nose teeth and mouth and over your face. This can simultaneously stimulate nerve endings in another branch if the Trigeminal nerve, i.e the nose which makes you sneeze. This happens to me if I pluck my Eyebrows it makes me sneeze.

Otherwise it could be that tilting your head up allows particles to bypass the cilia ( the hairs in your nose) which then get into the deeper and more sensitive nasal tissues and makes you sneeze.

But apparently about 25% of people do actually sneeze when exposed to bright lights like the sun. We do not know exactly why this happens, but it might reflect a "crossing" of pathways in the brain, between the normal reflex of the eye in response to light and the sneezing reflex. There is no apparent benefit from "sun-sneezing", and it probably is nothing more than an unimportant (but annoying) holdover of evolution.

Your head tilted upwards has a more direct path to the Nasal membrane. The stronger air and deeper breathing and movement of mucus and particles being pushed out will result in sneezing.

i have continually chanced in this to be authentic. each and every so often if i think a sneeze drawing close that receives stuck i look as a lot because the elementary or the solar and that i have continually performed this and my relations take the pee out of me over it!

Yep i do this! Only sometimes. I also sneeze when i pluck my eyebrows. strange...
