What types of food should i eat and exercises should i do?

All the weight goes to my stomach and people ask if im pregnant all the time, how can i get thick in the right areas?

For the ghetto booty, do butt crunches and step excercises. I think protien will help your muscles...

If your weight goes to your stomach easily you might be an apple, which means you gain weight in your mid-section before you gain weight anywhere else. So if this is the case you should eat healthy and do some cardio and lift weights to tone your muscles, instead of gaining weight that is prone to depositing around your midsection. You will be just as sexy with sleek and toned muscles!

Fast Food, soda and candy bars. Then after you attain all of the above, you can come on here and whine how to lose weight because your fat. How come people are never just happy with thereselves anymore. Does the media have that much influence over ourselves that we do nothing but strive to be like everyone else instead of focusing about all the positive things and just being unique and ourselves? sheesh....

I take it you are young....Oh to be young again...I used to be so upset at being thin and flat chested....Now I am way older and can't get RID of the weight.....Enjoy it while you can ....If you feel like you are too thin wear layers....That works for my husband who has been thin all our married life (40 years)......I know people who TRY so hard to be heavier but their metabolism won't allow it.....Too much fat could lead to indigestion, and unless you eat 24/7 filling up will not work....Layer until it comes naturally..and it will.....!!!! Good Luck

Be your self If I were your friend I love you just the way you or,In do time nature will take it course .it's place dont change or do anything to your self just leave well enought a long. some people are not ment to be build like that you have small body structure.
