I am happy to help, but I would like to have a little more information;
1) Assurance of CONFIDENTIALITY?
2) Why are you doing this (I know its for your degree) but why?
3) Also what do you hope to gain out of this?
4) What will the end result do for sufferers of allergies? Will it increase the awareness of food allergies, when eating out.
5) Do participants have to be in a particular country? e.g U.S.A

I would say yes but i don't know you and your likely not from my state.I can only tell you I'm deadly allergic to mercury in fish and seafood's. It's not a fun thing to have when your eating out as you can't have anything deep fried as fish or seafood could have been fried before your fries.mostly what i have is baked or broil or BBQ,boiled which you are still on the outlook for feeling tight in the throat,redness in the eye lids,blurred vision.You can use that info. Good luck

Absolutely. My child is allergic to eggs and nuts. We don't eat out because they've made too many mistakes.

Just two days ago we were at the allergist. Each time we go, they warn me on the number of patients that died in the past week or were hospitalized due to mistakes of the franchised restaurants.

I am allergic to honey, eggs, poultry, cherries and beets. I will do a questionaire as long as it doesn't ask for personal details that someone could use for identity theft. I also have a child that is lactose intolerant, and another child that is allergic to yellow #5.
