Your LFTs are not that bad. Usually when a person has liver problems the AST/ALT will be really high not just a few points above normal. You still need to limit your alcohol intake. About 60cc per day is best.

The triglycerides usually has more to do with diet than the alcohol. There are medications that can help the triglycerides (Niacin, Fenofibrate, Fish Oil).

If I were you, I would limit alcohol to 60cc/day and ask your doctor what to do about the trig

You need to abstain completely - at least for a month or two.

Your liver enzymes are not actually very high in the grand scheme of things (they are barely outside the normal range), but if they continue to trend upwards you will eventually do quite badly.

At the rate you are going it would take many months to get to the stage where your liver fails.

However, other damage can happen to the liver and the very unlucky people get a cancer of the liver from the repeated damage and healing. This is bad news.
