At this age I would say circumsizing would most likely be painfull!! masterbating is good therapy and size doesn't matter as long as your over the 6 inch mark, good luck with that :}

first of all you need to stop obsessing about your penis. masturbation is
normal but all the rest of your concern is not. go outside. play ball. read
a book. take a walk. collect rocks. talk to people but not about your
penis. get a life your penis will take care of itself.
