I work with this lady that won't shut up about her daughter being a vegetarian and thinks it's "so cool" how she came to her and asked if she could be one. Only problem is, she keeps slipping in comments about her eating meat (only fish and chicken she says).
So I say, "If she eats meat, she's not a vegetarian." She replies, "No, if she eats meat, she's not a VEGAN."
I know that some vegetarians eat milk and eggs. . . . but MEAT???? Doesn't this defeat the purpose, even if it is just fish and chicken.?
This is driving me crazy because she treats me like an idiot when I say she's not a vegetarian if she eats meat. I can't stand it. Someone set me straight here.
