Would you eat a sandwhich if a monkey made it for you? With no meat cheese, egg or manaise? No animals products in it? What if while making the sandwhich the monkey died? Would you eat it then?

Also would you drink human milk? Like what if the human was a ((quote on quote))''vegetable"??

I've been thinking about this for a while. I still have a few questions.
How can I be a healthy vegan?
I know that vegans tend to lack in vitamins if they are no eating what they should be. What foods should I be eating? I need to know what foods will be good for me to eat. I have been a vegitarian for a year. I want to make sure I'm getting all of the nutrients I should be getting.

What are things that vegans shouldn't be doing?
I know how the circus' mistreat the animals, so vegans refuse to go to the circus. Animals are our friends and not for our entertainment.

Can I still play sports?
I love to play sports. I play soccer, basketball and softball. I know like in the things you use for the sports, i.e shoes, gloves, the ball, are made from leather. Would I still be considered vegan if I play them? Since I have been considering veganism for a while, I refuse to buy new cleats and such. COuld I still use my old cleats and gloves even though they are made from leather?

I have only flitted around a little and already I have seen several, with their frankly rude and unhelpful comments. I cannot for the life of me see why omnivores would want to 'bait' V&V's - it truly is pathetic.

I know I should eat my veggies, but they taste so bitter. If there is a recipe that will cut down on the bitterness from them, that would help me out a lot.

I was on Yahoo Answers, and somebody says that you should eat beef because cows contribute to global warming. I guess it's true. So, if we should kill cows because THEY contribute to global warming, why don't we kill humans because THEY contribute to global warming, too?

I am going on a juice fast, and need to find a high-quality juicer. Something that will leave me with fresh, delicious juice. I am wondering if a juicer can affect how much nutrients are lost? If so, please recommend me a juicer that will have as little nutrients lost as possible. Three juicers that are recommended online are the: Jack LaLanne Juicer,Champion Juicer, and Breville Juicer- all in their latest models. Have you heard of any of them? Are they any good? Out of the three, which is the best? Again, cost is not a concern. Which juicer do you recommend overall (does not have to be out of those three)? Oh, and any juice fasting tips would be great. Thanks!

Thanks!

Starting New Year's Day I want a healthier me. I want to lose weight and become healthier. That means no more processed foods.
But due to our busy lifestyles, pre-packaged processed foods are just easier. And it is certainly easier to stop at McDonalds on my way home from work than it is to cook.

I am looking for tips, advice, and healthy alternatives to foods I love (the ones that are bad for me.)
Can you name brands that are good? And I am not opposed to fruits and veggies.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Please don't be vulgar as this is very important for me, respect and be respected.

Here's the deal I basicaly eat Rice, tomatoes(technically not a veg), bread, and pastas. I'd like to know what else can I eat, I support animal rights but it's not why I don't eat meat at all.. I find meat disgusting because of it's parasitic content. specially pork an beef.

anybody help?
