I'm looking for a supplement to help my poor tummy struggling to deal with all this plant matter... must be wheat, dairy, soy, and corn free

Well, raw plant foods have their own built in enzymes. Have you considered adding more raw foods to your diet? As you know, enzymes are the catalyst to digestion. It was an extraordinary turnaround in my vegetarian diet when I started learning about raw foods vs. eating cooked vegetarian meals.

It sounds like you are fairly new at the vegetarian lifestyle -- hang in there! Depending on how long you were eating the SAD will depend on how long it takes your body to cleanse. Breakouts, bowel trouble and gas, feeling like you have a cold, etc are all signs that your body is releasing toxins and purifying your system. It is temporary, and you will feel so much better! Make sure to drink lots of water (30 minutes before, 1 hour after meals) to aid your body in this most important stage!

Primal defense, papaya.....run over to Central Market or Whole Foods if you are looking for an OTC remedy. You need fiber too, so that is what causing that tummy ache.
