I agree with watching Super Size Me - I threw up 30 minutes into it and had to leave the theater. I haven't had fast food in 5 years anyways, and it still made me ill.
I get a lot of convincing information from peta2.com (and I don't care what people say - they provide excellent information). I've turned at least 10 friends vegetarian.

Watch the movie 'SUPER SIZE ME' . It is a documentary about eating fast food. I watched it and I never ate fast food again! It will make you sick to your stomach. Also go to Peta.org if you watch what all your food goes through it will make you think twice. Good Luck

Don't push your lifestyle on others! Most of us like eating meat! Fish has Omega 3 which is VERY healthy!

I don't think fast food places do bad things for the environment--do they? But they do make people's health die.

i would go for the damage to their own health tactic
ok, not being honest but your result is the same, if they dont know about the damage to their own health, i'm sorry but they're hardly likely to think or care if they're polystyrene box is harming the environment are they?
