I bought a cut of meat and this is the name of it. Didn't realize it until I got home. This means that it is a type of ham, correct? It was in the section with all the ham, so I assumed it was. I just want to make sure before I cook it.

I'm new to baking and cooking, and I want to make Vegetarian-style pizzas. Cooking has facinated me for a while, now.

I want to buy my dough pre-made at a store, because I don't have a lot of time for making homemade dough...
But I do have one question.

If I were to use my store-bought dough, How can I make it with Cheese inside the crust?

Methods are greatly appreciated!

Besides the traditional ham/ turkey and sides.... whatelse do you make. My mother-in-law is coming over and I thought I would make something but kinda burned out on the traditional things....

Maybe some gumbo? Or Enchiladas?

What else???

I remember as a child my mom using these tiny little silver balls or beads when decorating cakes. They looked exactly like a silver BB, but maybe a bit smaller. What are they called and are they edible or simply for decoration?

I have a pasty mat that has the sizes of pies or pizza dough. I don't know exactly how to roll my cookie dough to 3/4 inch. The circumferences are 5", 8"10" etc. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. I'm hoping there is a circle circumference that is the same as 3/4 inch.

Thanks!

I'm thinking of getting a new pan set. I'm researching different brands and different types of cookware. This will be a big investment as I plan on keeping these pans for the rest of my life (hopefully).

So I'm trying to decide between cast iron, copper, or stainless steel.

The brands I've narrowed it down to are:
Copper: http://www.mauviel.com/
Stainless Steel: http://www.all-clad.com/
Cast Iron: http://www.lecreuset.com/usa/home.php

Any opinions?
What pans do you like to cook on?
