I have to do a health project tommorrow. I am suppose to take an orignal recipe and change it to make it healthier. Well, I'm doing a dessert called choco-hoto-pots and I have the original recipe:
butter, for ramekins
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 large eggs
3/4 cup superfine sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
And here are the directions:
Place a baking sheet in an preheated oven 400° Butter four 2/3-cup ramekins and set aside.
Using a microwave or double boiler, melt together the semisweet chocolate and the butter, set aside to cool.
In a bowl combine eggs, sugar and flour Add cooled chocolate mixture and mix well.
Fold in white chips.
Divide mixture evenly among ramekins and place on baking sheet.
Bake until tops are shiny and cracked and chocolate beneath is hot and gooey about 20 minutes.
Serve on plates this is very hot.
What can I do to make this recipe more healthy .

I have never ever made pot roast before, so I need you to "dummy proof" your explainations. I have a Bonless Beef Shoulder Rib Roast thawing on the counter. I also have a 4 qt Crock pot. As far as veggies go I have nothing. I do have garlic salt (for flavoring?), salt and pepper, and of course water. Now what do I do?

I know a ruben sandwich is made with corned beef, sour kraut, rye bread, and swiss cheese (I think). But is there a spread? Do you have a recipe for a great Ruben?

The dough is homeade yeast dough. What do I add to it to turn it into cinnamon rolls? Please don't paste a recipe, just tell me the broader strokes of a quick way to turn pizza dough into cinnamon rolls. Thanks!

I want to make a pizza for Friday night (DS B-Day), but I only have about half the amount of yeast I need. I do, however, have a very small amount of wheat dough frozen (about the size of two dinner rolls). How can I best combine the two for pizza dough? Is it safe to make a starter and let it sit overnight? Will the yeast reproduce enough for a whole pizza? DO I set it in the fridge overnight, or the counter?

Thanks so much for any words of wisdom you might have!!

I'm making them for the first time tomorrow for my nieces and nephews, and I need to know what additional ingredients I need to buy.

Thank you

My son is 7 and learning to cook. So far he has mastered scrambled eggs, cookies& a cake(we had a family bday) and grilled cheese. He doesn't want the easy cook stuff like warming up soup and so forth. He wants to really cook. Any ideas of stuff that is simple but not just opening this package and that can, has some kid appeal(he's not the typical kid eater no hot dogs, no mac & chz, no pb&j for him), and taste good? Thanks!
