One my aunt makes for our family at special occasion dinners is delicious!!!
No "measuring" per-say. Our family is country so we use mason jars for our home-made dressings.

a little less than half cidar vinegar
1/4 in water
fill almost to top (just leave room for herbs) with oil

fine chop red, green, and orange peppers ,onion, garlic(fresh is always better), parsley, basil, and oregano!
add just a dash or two of worscheshire sauce, put on the top shake well and leave chilled overnight!

YUMMM

Lots of people eat/drink plain salad dressing. It is a little weird though, and it's certainly not good for you. If you're craving certain flavours, your body is trying to tell you something about its needs...

Mine is kind of a combination of Greek and Italian, but everyone tells me it is really good. Here it is:

Extra virgin olive oil
Red wine vinegar (Equal Parts)

Balsalmic vinegar, Granulated Garlic, lemon pepper, seasoned salt and oregano.

Hope you like it!!
