I've never used bell peppers berfore (they are the green ones) and I don't know if you are supposed to clean out the seeds or put them into the salsa. Thanks!

We're having hot dogs for dinner, but I don't want plain old hotdogs on buns. Is there such a thing as a recipe calling for hotdogs? If so, does anyone have one?

I've always used nonstick baking dishes/casserole dishes for making casseroles, cakes, etc. However, they don't last all that long (maybe a year or so) before pieces of the coating start flaking off and I have to buy a new one.

I'm wondering, would it be better to buy a glass or Pyrex-type casserole dish? Do things bake in these dishes the same way they bake in the metal dishes?

Thanks for any information you can give me!

Thanks to all of you that answered my question but I guess I should have specified that I was looking for a plain spaghetti sauce recipe or I guess I'm looking for a meatless spaghetti sauce. Does anyone know a good recipe for a basic plain (meatless) spaghetti sauce that makes tons left-over that I could possibly freeze for when needed later on?

I just realized how much I absolutely love Ramen noodles. But I only like them with about half of the seasoning that I am given. I don't want to throw the extra seasoning out. Is the extra seasoning good for anything other than making soup?

Please, keep the answers to simple recipes. I am in a college dorm, and although I have a full kitchen in the common room, I don't have time for anything much more difficult than spaghetti.

Bakeries in grocery stores? I have a recipe from my Wiltons cake decorating book but I find the taste not very appealing. It is great for decorating flowers, but not for eating in my opinion...
thanks!

I think that grilled fish is better for the body than raw fish. I know that it is better than fried fish. The key is making sure you use extra virgin coconut or plain olive oil.

and abhor the "hack" chefs they have on there ie: Rachel Ray and Sandra Lee.

I had to laugh yesterday while I was watching Ina Garten's Barefoot Contessa when in the show she made a comment about how people creating "tablescapes" makes her cringe. She then went on about making a nice simple elegant table and not some friggin expensive display that looks ridiculous.

Anyways, I thought this was funny and a direct shot at Sandra Lee. Did anybody else see it? What do you think?

I want to make my boyfriend a really good chicken dinner. The thing is he is really really picky about what he eats. I'm not a great cook and the only chicken meal I can make is chicken and rice. Not a big deal and he doesn't want to eat that all of the time. Any simple yet good ideas? And please tell me how to cook it because I don't usually cook and have no idea what to do and for how long. thanks!
