A fresh green salad.
Baked potato with butter or sourcream or topping of choice.
Buttered green peas and brown rice with gravy.
Pasta of your choice with olive oil, freshly ground black pepper and chopped rocket sprinkled over.
Steamed mixed vegetables.
Hope this helps! Enjoy the chicken, sounds good... :)

Here what you can do :
1 tomato / person
1 garlic clove/ tomato
Italian parsley ( 1 to 2 teaspoon / tomato )
Bread (from 2 or 3 days ago) ( like 1/2 thin slice/tomato )

Cut the tomatoes lengthwise
Salt /pepper on top
Put some olive oil on top
In a mixer, mix : garlic, parsley and bread
When well mixed ( but not purée) sprinkle each tomato with the mixture

Bake in oven 350 F for half an hour to 45 minutes
Tomatoes should be cooked, a little bit golden...but not overcooked

If you want you can serve white Basmati rice on the side.

Hello:

I would say either mashed potatoes and gravy or baked potatoes. Sweet corn also goes well with chicken as does green beans. It just really depends on what your favorite veggies are and usually potatoes are the most popular veggies to go with any chicken dish.

Put some potatoes and onions in some foil with margarine and cook them on the grill while grilling your chicken.

Bow tie pasta salad with peas would be nice also - I made this last night.

A salad is always a good option...
I will make parsley buttered potatoes often with something that has been marinating... peel and cube potatoes, boil till farly tender, drain, put a towl over the top of the pot for about 5 minutes to pull extra water out, then add butter and parsley (and salt as you like it)... mmmmmm... yum.

i'm with those recommending rice. you may make a rice salad, too. Use precooked rice, diced onion, celery, pink bell pepper and green onion. Make a vinegrette with lemon juice, olive oil. Salt and pepper and a tiny little bit of lemon zest. chop up a collection of recent flat leaf parsley and upload that. in case you gown the salad whilst the rice maintains to be heat, that's going to absorb a majority of those flavors.

Some flavored rice. I always cook my chicken in the rack atop my rice steamer with some green beans or baby Brussel Sprouts also (+Mrs Dash).
