Salt and pepper, Broil on one side, flip, broil on the other side, cut or use a meat thermometer to check doneness. If you want to get fancier, try a rub or a marinade. Still pretty easy :) You could also dip in egg, then seasoned flour and crushed corn flakes. Then bake. Last might I tried a sweet and sour stirfry from the freezer section at the store, it would work for your thin boneless pork chops as well. It was basically carrots, peapods, red peppers, and pineapple with a sweet and sour sauce. The the meat was cut in strips and fried, then added to the sauted veggies. We used pork tenderloin but grilled it outside first, coated with soy sauce, and then stirred it into the veggies, soooo goood!

1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp each salt, pepper, marjoram, sage, and thyme
4 boneless pork chops, about 3/4" thick (or cook way less for the thin ones)
1 Tbs butter
1 1/2 cups milk

Mix the flour, salt, pepper, marjoram, sage, and thyme together in a shallow pie pan or other shallow dish.

Spray a large skillet with cooking spray, then melt the butter in it over medium high. Dredge both sides of the pork chops in the flour mixture. SAVE the leftover flour mixture. You'll use it for the gravy.

Brown the pork chops about 2-3 minutes on each side, then reduce the heat and cook another 5-6 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Remove the chops from the pan and keep warm.

Combine the leftover flour mix with the milk and whisk together, then add to the pan. Cook over medium high heat, stirring frequently, until it comes to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer 2 minutes, stirring, until thickened.

I served this with mashed potatoes and succotash, which was also a hit.

It makes quite a mess but I usually brown both sides and then add a pinch of lawrey's seasoning salt and a pinch of garlic I let the flavor cook in for about five minutes. Once that's done, I put a thin layer of catalina dressing on it and again allow it to cook in flipping often(this part makes quite a mess but it is totally worth it). Usually my pork chops end up prettty tender... you can cut them with a plastic fork. Hope you like it. Of course you have to do this on a bit of a lower heat but it's well worth the extra time

Pork Chops and Mac and Cheese

4 thin, bone-in pork chops, seasoned with kosher salt and pepper
1/2 yellow onion, in rings
1 box Mac and Cheese
1 3 oz package reduced fat cream cheese
1/4 cup low fat milk
3 T olive oil

Make Mac and Cheese according to package directions. Add cream cheese and milk , stir until smooth, and pour into baking dish. Saute pork chops in olive oil until browned on each side, but not cooked thru. Remove from heat and place on top of Mac and Cheese. Saute onion until translucent. Place onions on top of chops, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve chops, and mac and cheese together. A good side dish is fresh green beans or peas.

Cook one side of the pork chops in a pan sprayed with canola oil. Slice an onion into enough slices for each pork chop. Open a can of tomatoes. Put the onion slices on each pork chop (after the pork chops have been flipped). Add a spoonful of rice on top of the onion slices. Put one canned tomato on top of the rice. Pour the rest of the tomatoes, with the liquid, into the pan. Cover and saute.

You can also make extra rice in a separate pan, to serve the pork chops on.

put the chop in a ziplock
pound it flat and wide
dip it in beaten egg
dip it in flour
fry it in bacon drippings
4 or 3 minutes each side
move to a covered dish
then add some butter and a tiny amount of flour back to you pan and stir till flour is cooked through
slowly whisk in some chicken stock till that sauce look good
add a tad of salt and pepper to taste
Louisiana hot sauce goes well with this
but leave it out and serve it along side
so the little ones can enjoy that food.
serve over rice or noodles or stuffing

I would pan sear them, 2 minute on each side. Deglass the pan with with wine butter mushrooms and green onions and pour on top of chops. Enjoy

Put salt, pepper, and a little olive oil on them, add Shake and Bake. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Serve with veggies or apple chutney.

I would pan fry them with mushroom and onions. About two-three minutes per side.

I'm hungry just thinking about it.
