Lemon salmon with dill, mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. Easiest meal ever!

Another favourite is mussels in tomato and white wine sauce. Again, very easy and delicious!

Well, the new favorite is stuffed shells. Got a good recipe off of Recipezaar.com. My kids also usually request potato snowballs (mashed potatoes rolled into a ball with a cube of mozzarella/related cheese stuffed inside).

Any time there is a BBQ, I'm always asked to bring Baked Beans. My sister always asks me to bring the green bean casserole for holiday dinners, but I just use the recipe off the soup can, so I don't really consider it my dish. My husband and my kids are all picky eaters, but they all love it when I make cheese fondue and they'll request it when they have friends come over.

I would say I have three different things. I have this cheesy mashed potato casserole I am required to make every Christmas. I get a lot of requests for my lasagna and my chili.

The dish that most people ask me make and bring to every family gathering is Seasoned Rice/Pigeon Peas and rice. It is a West Indian/Puerto Rican dish.

1) Fettucini Alfredo with lots of shrimp and a bit andouille sausage.
2) Broiled salmon with Jack Daniels/brown sugar/mustard glaze
3) Pasta Puttanesca (my version)

Lemon meringue pie, pecan pie, smoked ribs, brisket, chicken, pork roasts...anything but fried chicken, I pretty much suck at frying anything.

Oh and my 'For Adults only Rum Cake'.

My relatives always want my stuffed bread. (And making it was a total accident!)

My husband always wants my veal piccata. He swears it's better than the frou-frou bistro place. And I know he's telling the truth because he'll eat one order of theirs, but he grabs 3 servings of mine!
