I think that grilled fish is better for the body than raw fish. I know that it is better than fried fish. The key is making sure you use extra virgin coconut or plain olive oil.

all fish is good for you including fryed fish, we need fat in the diet to, a little of everything is good

I can't seem to think of any reason why Raw fish wouldn't be as good for you as cooked fish. The only bad property about raw fish is that it can contain parasites/bacteria if its diseased or not fresh. Fish is fish..

raw fish is better for you because when you cook it you are removing the minerals that have some heeling affects. unless of corse you get a bad fish but you will know the differants.
