I've got some shaped pasta stuff, don't know what it's called, and just a jar of Ragu to go with it. That seems a bit bland, can anyone recommend something straightforward this novice cook can add to make it a bit better?

I need some help figuring out what kind of food is good for late meals. My husband gets home from work at about 8:30 p.m. and usually eats his dinner around 9:00 or 9:30. His meals are not usually very healthy and I get stuck buying the same things over and over. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Which is the better brand or do you think they are pretty much the same. I have a set of Cuisinart stainless steel cookware, (the 10 pc. chefs classic series) but, I wanna know should I have gotten the Kitchenaid set? I like them both and they are both affordabley priced. I wanna do my whole kitchen with the same brand accessories. PLEASE!!! Your personal experience with either brand and why. Calphalon and All-Clad is too expensive. I just may buy a small set of the Kitchenaid too if it get even or better reviews from you guys....THANKS!!!

I am usually a pretty good cook but something has me stumped and I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. When I make meatballs or hamburger patties, although they have excellent flavor, they are always dry. My recipe calls for an egg, spices, a little evaporated milk, onion and that's it. I don't use bread crumbs or any other filler. Can someone please tell me what I can do to make them more juicy?
