Actually I do not like the taste of plain soy milk but I make rice pudding with it - Here's the recipe.
1 cup water
1 cup uncooked brown rice
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup real maple syrup
1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup toasted and chopped almonds
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
In a medium saucepan bring water to a boil. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes, or until rice is tender.
In a medium saucepan, combine cooked rice, raisins, maple syrup, soy milk, almonds, cinnamon and cardamom. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Immediately reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring frequently, until thickened about 5 to 8 minutes. Spoon into bowls and serve.

I like soymilk for cooking and other things but I don't really care to drink it straight. I think it has an off taste that I don't care for. I DO use it in coffee and tea a lot though.

Yes, I love it. I love it with my cereal, especially the chocolate soymilk.

It tastes ok. I never really cooked with it yet. But I'm sure it would turn out just as good.
