Mix sugar and cocoa together in a mug. (more sugar than cocoa) Bring some milk to a boil (dont scorch it) and pour it over your cocoa/ sugar mixture and stir. Thats how I do it anyway and its yummy! Add marshmallows if you like.
Use like 1 tsp. cocoa and 2-3 tsp sugar. I never really measure, I just go by looks and taste. If it is too bitter then use a little less cocoa.

You can either heat milk, sugar and cocoa in a saucepan or melt some chocolate bits in milk over a medium low heat. With the chocolate, you get a smoother flavour and don't need sugar.I make it with half white and half milk chocolate for a decadent difference.
Yummmmm âºâ¥
Hope this help, enjoy and have a great day/night!!!

the easiest is melt chocolate in a double boiler (that's two pans that one sits in the other) or over low heat. when the chocolate is melted add your milk veeerrrrry slowly (if you add a lot at once the chocolate will re-harden) while stirring.
I'm not sure how much chocolate to milk, but it makes the best hot chocolate. For adult hot chocolate, after it's done, just before serving stir in to taste some amaretto, peppermint schnapps or something like that

Boil desired amount of milk,
add about 4 tablespoons of grated chocolate,
for an extra flair add a tiny bit of chopped peppermint, a min leaf, a little vanilla extract, even do white chocolate instead of dark or milk chocolate. Make it fun and tasty!
