Put a nice dry rub on it, slow cook it at 350 degrees and wait til it's done... Add a little brown sugar on top for extra flavor...

Man, now I'm hungry!!!

This recipe is the Best I've ever tasted for Boneless Beef Short Ribs. My family and friends have enjoyed this for years.

Rocky Mountain Beef Ribs

In a small saucepan, combine:
1 cup catsup (see how old the recipe is!?!)
1 cup water
1/4 cup red wine or wine vinegar
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbs. brown sugar
2 Tbs. honey
2 tsp. powdered (dry) mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
Simmer above for 20 minutes; cool

Set about 3 pounds ribs in a single layer in a non-metal baking pan or other container. Pour barbecue sauce over them after it has cooled to room temperature. Cover ribs and refrigerate overnight, turning ribs occassionally.

Grill ribs slowly, 4 to 6 inches from heat source for 20 to 25 minutes, turning and basting frequently.

Or bake in 375 F oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours turning once.

Only two ways I've had them:
Cook up the same as bar-b-q spare ribs, or
cook up for beef and noodles

neither very fancy, but both very tasty

season them and put it in a cooking bag with some bbq sauce and let it bake in the oven on low heat.
