"Remove ribs from pot, and place them in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour barbeque sauce over ribs. Cover dish with aluminum foil"

Can I line the dish with aluminum foil so I have an easy clean up? Will this cause something to go wrong?

When I am trying to save calories and fat, I usually choose fat free butters or mayos because I don't mind the taste...
but what about for cooking for crispiness... like with pizza bites/breaded cheese sticks type products? I KNOW when I add some oil, butter, or shortening to those they become crispy... but is that possible with any of those light alternatives?

I am baking a pie using a Mrs. Smith's frozen crust. The recipe calls for the whole pie to be baked for 45 minutes at 300 degrees. I don't know whether I should defrost the crust first, or bake it from frozen. Thanks for any info!
