My finace and I are on very low calorie diets so chicken breast is obviously a dinner time staple.

I usually marinade in FF Italian, a little hot sauce or worstichire sauce when grilling - or cook in a little white or red wine indoors. Another fav. of his is baked w/ a little breading stuffed with 'cheese' and turkey-ham (shhh.. he doesn't know it's fat free cheese).

But we're bored!!!

What's your favorite way to make light chicken (or turkey, let's get crazy!)

After sitting down with my husband last night reviewing our finances, we are now on a very strict budget. I need dinner ideas that won't cost too much too make. About $10 per meal. It's just the 2 of us. I don't get home from work until 5:30 so things that I can make and be done with in about an hour are perfect. We like beef, chicken, pasta. We don't like seafood.

We have gotten into a bad habit of eating pre-packaged meals (chicken strips, fishsticks...etc...) because they are cheaper and I can toss them in the oven and walk away but it's so bad for us.

Can anyone help me out?

And u have to reduce by 1/3, does it mean boil at high a temperature or just simmer for 10minates? (this is for a red wine sauce for steaks) it never works for me. Also what wine is best?

I froze my cookie dough because I wanted to bake it the next day. Is it alright if I microwave it a little so that I can roll it up into little balls now and bake? Or should I just wait? Because it is really hard right now.

I am a lifelong vegetarian, but I appreciate the fact that others eat meat. So I am having some people over for dinner next week who are meat eaters and I don’t know what to cook. I had them over once before and cooked Mediterranean chicken breasts separately to go with our bow tie pasta, salad, and bread. I really don’t want to do that again but I’m at a loss for other menus that would include a meat but not be the main dish. Help!

I made peanut butter soup for my family and they didn't like it. Can you tell me anything to do with it to make it taste better or mix it into something so that it doesn't taste so peanut buttery. We contemplated the fact that it might need more onions, but I would love to be able to do something with it as there is a lot here.
